Given its role as a mainstream gaming laptop, Acer Nitro 5 is gaining popularity among local gamers. The 2020 model has just been launched in Malaysia but soon, Acer will expand the model in our market with a new set of hardware variants.
During a recent media preview, we were informed by Acer Malaysia’s representative that Nitro 5 with AMD Ryzen 4000 series processor will land in Malaysia in Q3 2020. Just like the Intel-based model that was released in Malaysia recently, the Nitro 5 with AMD Ryzen 4000 series also featured a new exterior design.
However, the specs option for our market is not yet known at the moment. The general global specs sheet stated that the 2020 Nitro 5 comes with 15.6-inch 144Hz Full HD IPS display alongside up to AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti, 16GB DDR4 RAM (supports 32GB max), 2TB NVMe SSD, and 2TB HDD.
Likewise, the price range for Nitro 5 with AMD Ryzen 4000 series in Malaysia will only be announced when it is ready for release here. So, stay tuned.
